More funding released for drought assistance

The Drought Communities Programme (DCP) has announced that another round of funding had been released on February 20. The funding provides up to $3,000 in short-term financial assistance to eligible farming households facing hardship due to drought to assist with recovery and management. Since 2018 the Drought Community Support Initiative (DCSI) has provided crucial support for farming households affected by continuing drought.
